I worked as a housecleaner from 2013 to 2014, then started working in childcare in 2014 with the YMCA of Greater Tulsa as a summer school camp counselor, tutor, and nutrition educator. I received a CDA and Associates degree in Early Childhood Development in 2021, and Director's Credential in 2022 while working with infants through 4-year-olds at a child care center in Oklahoma. Then I became a lead Pre-K teacher at a private school. In June 2024, we moved to Pompano Beach where I was employed through Care and a local Preschool. I bring an understanding of child development in cognitive, physical, and socioemotional areas. My extensive experience, and ability to follow families lead, guiding children through hands-on activities with each child's and family's unique needs in play, makes me an ideal candidate.

Kelsey is a fantastic babysitter/nanny. I needed someone to watch my daughter while I got housework done or just needed a break from baby care. She is easy to work with, communicates well and is very personable. Her knowledge and experience with caring for children shows. She did an amazing job helping me care for my two month old daughter, who got along with her very well. She would easily fall asleep in Kelsey's arms-so sweet! You won't regret hiring Kelsey.
