About Kelsey

With 10 years of experience as a Direct Support Professional, I've worked closely with elderly individuals and people with developmental disabilities. This experience makes me well suited for all types of care, from active companionship to quiet support. I can fill medisets, administer medication, assist with appointments, talk to doctors, prep meals, help with exercise, light housekeeping, and provide transportation. I also enjoy gardening, crafts, day trips, and finding creative ways to make each day meaningful. I'm happy to help with shopping, reading mail, writing letters, and technology support. I steer clear of stressful topics like politics and prefer uplifting conversations about art, nature, and travel. I'm eager to learn about other cultures and enjoy hearing life stories. I'm also organized and good at keeping track of routines and details. I'd love to bring my sweet, gentle dog along too if someone would enjoy her company.
