About Kendra

Hi! I'm Kendra, a licensed and practicing attorney with degrees from UC Berkeley School of Law, the London School of Economics, and Loyola Marymount University. I started tutoring in college, working with low-income students in South Los Angeles, and continued at the London School of Economics tutoring students from underserved boroughs. Since then, I have guided students through college and law school applications, focusing on essays, resumes, and admissions support. I specialize in helping students craft compelling personal statements, polish resumes, and develop strong writing and communication skills that build confidence and carry into college and beyond. My approach is patient, encouraging, and practical--I love mentoring students and helping them present their best selves in the admissions process.
