About Kendyll

I would describe my personality as warm and patient. I enjoy working with children because of my strong knowledge of child development and my genuine passion for watching children grow. I love supporting their independence and helping build their confidence as they learn and explore the world around them. I began working with children at 18, starting with babysitting, which grew into summer nanny positions. From there, I transitioned into an early childhood classroom as an assistant teacher. This experience led me to pursue my Montessori Infant-Toddler credential, and I have been a lead Montessori toddler guide for the past eight years. This spring, I will be graduating with my associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. Overall, I have worked in the ECE field for a combined total of 14 years. My strengths include careful observation, implementing developmentally appropriate practices and lessons, promoting independence, and supporting children's social-emotional development.
