With over 10 years of babysitting and nannying experience i've learned that the primary thing I bring to childcare is consideration. Consideration for parents and caretakers, who have busy schedules who are on the go and need an adaptable and communicative resource and supportive individual. Consideration for children, who's ever developing minds are constantly soaking up their surroundings and learning that need consistency, understanding, and empathy. As someone who has had a career in the service industry simultaneously with their work in childcare, I pride myself on being organized, reasonable, and respectful.
