I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and warm I like working with kids because I want to create a nurturing, safe environment where they feel comfortable taking risks, learning, and developing confidence in who they are I'm looking for a job that allows me to provide secure, attentive care, ensuring a safe and engaging atmosphere for children. I want to help both children and parents feel comfortable and supported I started working with kids professionally when I turned 19 years old at my first childcare facility, however I've always babysat my neighbors children and helped raise my siblings.
