Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past year, I've been a dedicated PCA, committed to supporting families by providing reliable care. I assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I'm also experienced in respite care and hospice services. I strive to understand each care recipient's preferences and personal history. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I can handle confusion, agitation, or behavioral changes by de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention. I have CPR and First Aid certifications.
