I am a certified personal trainer whose specialty is working with clients, 60 years and up. I also have 7 years of experience working with clients with neuromuscular disabilities, i. e., stroke, Parkinson's, dementia. I am an outgoing "people person" and enjoy helping my clients maintain a great quality of life as they age.
