I really do not want to leave a bad review, however I coordinated with Ketha days before I needed her to work, she texted and confirmed all the details the night before and then the day of she was a no call, no show. I tried calling and the phone went straight to voicemail for several hours. No text messages went through either. It has been several days and she has not responded to my messages here on care.com asking if she was still coming in and if maybe she had an issue with her phone. I hope she is ok, but that was not very professional behavior.
