About Keturah

My most notable experience working with the elderly has been my time working at Easterseals of Northeast Ohio's Adult Day Center, during which time I filled the roles of nurse's aide, activities assistant, activities coordinator, and program coordinator. At this job, I was well-acquainted with tasks such as meal preparation, toileting assistance for various levels of continence, wheelchair/walking assistance, medication administration, dementia care, and more. I am very comfortable helping my patients in a variety of ways as the situation calls for it. I am trained in First Aid, CPR, Dementia Care, Gait Belt safety, and Medication Administration. In addition to my time at Easterseals, I also had a brief part time position caring for an elderly woman in her home, but sadly, she passed away very shortly after I began working with her, due to previous medical issues that worsened just before I started there.
