Fern has worked for me when I needed help last minute and on Saturdays, in addition to other scheduled days. She is very professional, well-mannered, and great with our family; especially our son who loves her. She is extremely respectful in our home and good about keeping a schedule that fits my toddler. She is very safety minded and keeps me informed of everything as it pertains to my son's day-to-day, etc. Fern is always on time and willing to consistently go the extra mile to ensure my toddler is well cared for, safe, and always having fun with age appropriate activities. It's nice to have someone professional, positive, and clearly loves her job and being with children.
