We hired Khawla for our 20mo toddler. Khawla was kind and proactive with our toddler. She took her to the park and kept us updated with photos. My toddler really liked hanging out with her. That being said, Khawla needs to work on her professionalism. She committed for 2 weeks, but we were left without care a few days in — to include same day cancellations. I understand that the commute was farther than initially anticipated by either of us, but I would have liked a grace period to find additional care!
