October 30, 2014 To Whom It May Concern: I am pleased to write this letter of reference on behalf of Surena V. (Khishigsuren V.), who provided valued service as a home health care aide for my mother over the last 6 months. She immediately impressed us in her interview, coming on time and was prepared with questions and went on to display wonderful traits on the job, empathy, patience and kindness among a few. While caring for my mother, Surena performed a variety of daily activities. She assisted my mother with bathing, dressing, preparing of meals, as well as administering medications. She drove my mother to stores to get her out of the house and keep her active. Surena was a wonderful companion for my mother and spent time in conversation with her to help keep her mind stay as sharp as possible. For my mother, Surena became a dear friend. My mom trusted Surena and Surena made her last months very happy. Surena is a very special person, who not only was an asset to my mother, but to our family as well.
