For the past five years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate and reliable care to seniors, supporting their independence and overall well-being. My background includes a Master's in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University and experience adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and understanding. I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I offer services such as running errands, light housekeeping, and preparing meals. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm also comfortable with pets. I'm looking to work part-time.
