Hi everyone! My name is Kiana and as of October 2025, I am looking for part time work as a nanny, a babysitter or a mother's helper. I have been in childcare for 18 years and have worked with all ages from 5 days old to 13 years old. I have worked with groups of children, with singletons, with multiple siblings, with twins and with nanny shares.

Getting out of the house and finding age specific activities is my bread and butter. I also specialize in sleep training, organizing and scheduling. I offer child care related duties like bottle washing, children's laundry, tidying up play areas, and so much more! Kiana (AJ), there aren't enough stars to provide for this rating! We were so fortunate to be introduced through another family, and AJ truly has been the most incredible caregiver, teacher, support system (the list goes on and on!) for our son. 

AJ not only took incredible care of our son, she continuously went above and beyond to find activities (playgroups, story times, even backyard baby pool parties in the summer!) to keep him happy and encourage his social development. The amount of genuine love and support that AJ has shown our son (and us!) is absolutely incredible, she truly is one of a kind and has become and always will be a part of the family. 

AJ's professionalism is second to none! From being incredibly communicative to providing detailed and thoughtful updates each and every day. AJ's wealth of experience was and is so unbelievably helpful to first-time parents like us!

Kiana "AJ" was more than we could have ever hoped for in a nanny for our daughter. She cared for our daughter for about 8 months (3-11 months old) and we wish we could have kept her forever!!! She is kind, experienced, and so thoughtful. She's a wonderful communicator and we really valued her input as our daughter hit new milestones, sleep challenges, changes in food, etc.  AJ was more than equipped to handle all the things first time parents dont know to expect. I never had any doubts our daughter was in the most capable hands. Never any screen time during the day and very creative activities even for the littlest of littles.  AJ truly is one in a million! 

AJ took care of our 1 year old daughter for 6 months. We trust them completely with our daughter. AJ was always on time and cleaned up at the end of the day. But the most important thing to know is that AJ was really awesome and cared for our daughter tremendously. They were always staying busy with playground visits and crafts. And AJ also recommended other museums and activities that really enriched our daughter's life. The only reason we stopped having AJ as a nanny was we got a spot in a daycare. Otherwise we'd gladly still have AJ taking care of our little girl.

I could not recommend Kiana more strongly! We feel so lucky to have had such an amazing nanny in our lives that provided the best care to our daughter. They were so creative with activities, always taking our daughter on adventures and loved her like their own. We loved the daily text updates with pictures and context about their adventures. They were also just a pleasure to have around the house. Great personality, very smart and funny - one of the family! You would be lucky to have someone like Kiana.

Kiana is the best nanny we could hope for. She worked with us from Sep'20-Aug'21 (6mo -1.5yrs boy).


Kiana is fantastic with our son, always coming up with new diverse activities (like water play, coloring, music), and going on adventures outside! From singing every children's song to splashing along at the spray grounds, she truly cares for our child and has him engaged and excited all day.


Kiana is also very knowledgeable in what a toddler needs, since we're first time parents, she often helped us navigate troubles in sleep regressions, diets and tantrums.


Kiana is also very communicative and sends us pictures throughout the day to keep us updated. She's become an integral part of our family.

We're sad we'll no longer be working with her, our son will be going to school in the fall. I know our son will truly miss her as their time together is one of his highlights of the day!

My husband and I hired Kiana to take care of our new born son in July 2020. Kiana's experience caring for newborns was immediately apparent upon her arrival, and as first time parents we greatly appreciated all her useful tips on how to arrange furniture, use wrap-harnesses, calm the baby down when he fusses, etc etc. Kiana developed an excellent relationship with our child. She learned his schedule, read to him, walked him, handled his laundry, and generally kept him happy, calm, and well fed when I was away at work. She was always gentle yet consistent when handling our precocious newborn, talking to him in a soothing voice, and never losing her cool. Oh and I LOVE the fact that she took beautiful photos of the baby and texted them to me when I was away!

We would absolutely recommend Kiana for any position caring for young children without reservation. She is truly an excellent caregiver and a lovely person as well.

Kiana was a huge asset to our family during and after my transition from maternity leave to working full time. She helped get our 4 month old twins on a nap schedule. I felt completely comfortable with Kiana in charge of the babies. I would describe her as a capable, caring nanny with a calming presence.

Kiana has been looking after our two little ones part-time for almost a year.  She is especially great with our youngest, who was 8 months when Kiana started.   She plans fun letter of the day projects to do with our older son (3 years).  She is always on time.

My husband and I hired Kiana to take care of our 2 month old baby boy in July of 2017. Kiana was excellent! She was punctual, reliable and sent me pictures and updates of our baby every day (which was amazing to have as a first time mother!) She also found such creative ways to entertain and educate our baby! She would still be with us if we had not moved! We recommend her to anyone!

We hired Kiana as a stand in for our Nanny while she was away. Kiana was wonderful with our 1.5 year old daughter. They hit it off quickly. Kiana kept her busy during the day but maintained her schedule. We even booked her for date nights for a few dates this summer. She is a wonderful addition to our village. 

We have loved working with Kiana! She is so kind, fun, and dependable. She does a great job with our 15 month old son, and always sends pictures and updates (which I so appreciate!). We definitely recommend her!!

Kiana is an amazing babysitter! She is so reliable, friendly, responsible, and most importantly, takes wonderful care of my baby. I would definitely hire Kiana again and encourage others to do so as well. You will not be sorry! I love that she sends updates and pictures of my baby to me during the day which makes me smile at work. 

Kiana was super helpful with our 11 month old baby. She has a very cheerful disposition and makes the day engaging and fun ! 

Kiana was professional from the first time we made contact until she completed the assignment. She asked all of the right questions regarding our daughter's evening and bedtime routines. Kiana was always punctual (early, even!), dependable, loving, fun, enthusiastic, and respectful with our baby. She provided care from when he was 3 months - 13 months (now he's in preschool so she doesn't nanny for us anymore but she just still babysit occasionally)!
