About Kiara

Hello, my name is Kiara! I'm currently looking to connect with a family and build a genuine, trusting relationship as a nanny while I'm back at school. I'm a sophomore at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign studying Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Child Health and Well-Being. I have over three years of paid childcare experience from working in a home-based daycare, and I was also raised in a home-based childcare environment, where my love for working with children began. I've cared for children ranging from newborns to teenagers. I also work with the Urbana Park District, gaining structured, hands-on experience, which does not interfere with my nanny availability. I enjoy creating a warm, organized environment - helping with light cleaning, meals, and fun, age-appropriate activities.
