About Kiera

Hello my name is Kiera and I'm offering backup/occasional/date night care. I have 15 years experience in a variety of settings in home nanny, preschool teacher, church nursery, and date night care. I had taken some time away to focus on my 2 daughters, but now that they're older I am available again. I love doing arts and crafts, baking, singing, using imagination, going on walks, and just having fun! I think children learn best through play and interaction with people and their environment. I believe that children need to be taught, not punished. I focus on teaching children how to handle their emotions and express them in healthy ways.
