Kim is really great and I'm so happy we found her. She is reliable, a good communicator, and easygoing. We hired her as a weekly mother's helper/babysitter to allow for our son to get used to other people before he starts daycare. He is really shy and definitely gives Kim a run for her money, but Kim remains calm and consistent with him. Her background in teaching dance has also been an added benefit since our son responds so well to music. She also has been so flexible with the schedule and is eager to help. I would definitely recommend Kim!
