About Kimberly

I'm Currently an independent non- agency provider/a home care attendant and waiver provider for the aging programs and Medicaid within the state of Ohio. Most importantly, I'm a 32 year Certified Nursing Assistant whose special skills include caring for the Dementia and Alzheimer's population. My interpersonal skills of Empathy, Compassion, sympathy, listening and communication was the staple in building the foundation for my Healthcare profession and its longevity. I take pride in providing person-centered care, building trusting relationships with clients and families, while providing emotional, mental and physical support in a safe environment. It's important for all needs to be met in order for those to feel whole, valued and heard. My motto as a Strong Advocate is " I speak and help those who cannot do it for themselves"
