I have just spent 2.5 years caring for a wonderful man in the home of his daughter. He was a stroke victim, completely bedridden & non-verbal. He recently passed due to melanoma. I was with him 6 days a week, responsible for bathing & dressing him, moving him from his bed, to his recliner or wheelchair w/ a Hoyer lift & sometimes the bathtub with a ceiling lift. I gave him medications & in his final year he was on a feeding tube which I cleaned daily and monitored food intake and residual in tube. I stretched him daily, cleaned & brushed his teeth daily also. This man had lived at Provision Assisted Living & when his daughter brought him into her home, they asked me if I would come and care for him. Prior to caring for this man, I worked at Provision Assisted Living in their memory care unit and assisted living section. I have cared for seniors for a total of 7. 5 years and feel a deep commitment to caring for the elderly with love and compassion in a way I would want to be cared for and honoring their dignity at all times. I am trustworthy & loyal with respect for the privacy of clients. I get my flu shot each year as well as my TB inoculation. I also maintain my CPR training.

Kim helped to care for my Father through end stage Hospice care.  She was absolutely amazing and the perfect fit for our family.  Kim was punctual, attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and offered great suggestions.   I would definitely recommend her and will hire her again if the need ever arises.

Kim was highly recommended by a good friend since she did a wonderful job in caring for his mother. She came to our rescue. My best friend Ken was in the hospital and his poor wife Barbara has dementia.  Kim came every morning early so her son could go to work. She quickly gained Barbara's trust and became her friend. She handled feeding, hygiene and many other tasks. After two months, Ken came home and Kim started doing a fantastic job in caring for both of them. Kim is extremely knowledgeable, very experienced and gave us great advice. She is also totally honest and trustworthy. She cared for my dear friends up to Ken's death and for weeks afterwards. A family member eventually moved in to care for Barbara but we cherish Kim and will always be so grateful for her help. It is a true ministry.  Ken's son called her an "earth Angel". We hired Kim to take care of our Mom. Mom was stroke victim in a wheelchair.  We had several other care givers before but none as good as Kim.  She is very professional, dedicated and caring. When she was not helping Mom, she would be cleaning, preparing food, washing clothes or doing something constructive. Kim is detail oriented and hard working. I can't give her enough praise. Not choosing Kim would be mistake.

I was so fortunate to find Kimberly.  With her help, we were able to keep my elderly mother at home where she was comfortable and happy.  As my mom's health declined, Kimberly became more involved in her daily care.  Not only did this provide relief for my family, she made a real connection with my mother.  toward the end of my mom's life, Kimberly was providing support everyday including bathing, feeding, helping with meds etc. My mother was very comfortable receiving help from her which was a real blessing.  We worked with Kimberly for nearly a year and all I can say is she was awesome.

While Kim was punctual and dependable I feel she was just not a fit for this home. I'm sure she will be great for someone else!

Kim has been working with my dad and helping my mom with his care for a several weeks now. My mother has had nothing but praises for Kim. She is very knowledgeable about senior care and working with Dementia/Alzheimer's patients. My father was resisting taking a shower and it was getting harder for my mother to do it. Since Kim has been there he is bathing regularly. She's definitely got the magic touch. She is very caring, loving and kind. I can see the difference it has made in the lives of both my parents. My mother has someone to not help her with hands on care for my father but has been a source of emotional support for my mother. My mom is always saying what a hard worker Kim is. I'm truly thankful to God for bringing Kim to us!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Kimberly.  She cared for my grandmother around the clock during the coronavirus quarantine.  She cared for her like she was her own grandmother.  She went above and beyond every day.  She sat with her during her finals days when our family wasn't able to be with her.  She talked to her, fixed her meals, painted her nails and took care of her every need.  I could not more highly recommend Kimberly and her daughter Ashley!

Kimberly is a highly skilled and intuitive caregiver. She literally can do it all and always goes that extra mile. When working alongside her, I have found Kim to be thoughtful, conscientious and very kind to all those she serves in this community. It has been an educational blessing to know her.

Kim took care of my father in law for almost the last year of his life. She made him comfortable and happy as Alzheimer's stole him away.  Her level of care was beyond anything any of us could give him. She was professional and at the same time caring. We don't know what we would done without Kim.

Kimberly worked in my home for the past 2.5 years caring for my father until his passing on July 30, 2015. My father was a stroke victim who was completely bedridden and non-verbal. It would have been very challenging to keep him in our home without her amazing skilled and loving care. She was with him 6 days a week for 12 hours a day. She bathed and dressed him, fed him, brushed his teeth, transferred him to his wheelchair and recliner with a hoyer lift, used a ceiling bathroom lift to sometimes let him enjoy a warm bath in the tub. She often accompanied me with him to doctor appointments, helping me get his wheelchair in the van and secured for the ride. I was always so impressed that she would try everything we would try for him; for example, she had me put her in the sling for the tub and to get him out of bed to see what it felt like for him and to try and understand if there might be any discomfort he could not verbalize. We had a standing machine in the house to stand him up under his own weight; she tried that also to understand the pressure it might put on his knees when the machine was lifting him out of his chair. These are just a few examples of how she was always concerned about what he might be feeling. I was always comfortable with her in my home and felt completely comfortable leaving her alone in my home as she is such a trustworthy human being. My father rarely had any kind of skin breakdown over the 2.5 years she cared for him which the doctors thought was remarkable. The times my father had to be in the hospital, all the nurses would exclaim that they could tell he was well cared for just by looking at his skin. My father bruised easily and she taught us all many ways to dress him and move him without bruising. She was my eyes and ears when I was at work during the day and would observe every detail about my father's day to help us always be figuring out what his needs were. This is so important with a non-verbal patient. On top of all of her skills, she gave my father so much love and he loved her back. She has a great capacity to care for the elderly and give them the kind of care we would all want our loved ones to have. I cannot say enough about how grateful I will always be for what she did for my father in his final years and how much I will always be grateful we had her.
