I am a "retired" surgical assistant, and have always taken care of my own grandparents through their health obstacles as well as years of Alzheimer's disease. Since they passed away years ago, I have found pleasure in helping others make the most of the later days in their loved ones' lives as well as post surgical in all age groups. I am still very involved in dog rescue, so I have included some pictures of my most recent "happy tails" rescue/adoption project pups! Making a real difference in families' lives is why I became a caregiver. I provide respite care, transportation, and assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also offer medication management and mobility assistance. I communicate regularly with families, following their preferred method for updates. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. Knowing I can bring a sense of calm and support to both your loved one and your family brings me joy.

Kimberly was referred to me by a long time friend and neighbor when I needed last minute care for my spouse due to a family event out of town. Kimberly graciously came to the house the next morning and stayed beyond the time I thought I would initially return home due to the three hour drive to the event. I can always count on her for last minute needs as this has happened from time to time and she has never rejected our call for help. I was extremely impressed when I reached out to ask if she could accompany us to a doctors appointment as my husband needs assistance getting in and out of a car and Kimberly took great care and charge to do this and rode with us to assist once we arrived at the appointment. I continue to contact her as she offers not only the care one needs for daily routine life but she also has compassion and provides comfort care that is not always easy to secure for a loved one who is a senior citizen.
