About Kimberly

I am a 54-year-old young grandma of a 7-year-old and 18-month-old. I'm also a RN of over 30 years and spent over half of that working in pediatrics. I have three sons of my own and fostered medically fragile babies when my kids were young. I spent most of my nursing career working nights. I'm a night owl. I currently work as an evening on call hospice nurse with Yolo Cares. It's a very slow paced job, some nights I don't ever get a call or have to go see a patient. Not only that last year when my grandson was born I was my daughter in laws night time caregiver for my grandbaby since I'm so use to nights. I did that 4 days a week for three months.
