From the very beginning, it was clear that she treats our dogs as if they were her own, paying close attention to their individual personalities, needs, and routines. She is reliable, communicative, and consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it’s making sure everyone gets the right amount of exercise, keeping up with feeding schedules, or simply giving them the extra affection they crave, Kim does it all with warmth and professionalism. We always feel completely at ease knowing our dogs are in her care. It’s not easy to find someone you trust with your pets, especially with a full house like ours, but Kim has exceeded every expectation.
