About Kim

I recently retired after 38 years of social work in child welfare. During COVID, my mother-in-law moved in with us and my husband and I provided daily care for her until she passed in 2023. Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My MSW and LICSW social work license has provided me with a strong foundation. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I prioritize understanding each care recipient's unique preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Helping your loved ones live comfortably and safely is my goal, and I'd be honored to bring my dedication to your family.
