Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. As a mother of four, including a special needs child my husband and I adopted from Guatemala, and a grandmother to Landon and McKinley. I believe children are truly gifts from God and should treat them as such. I'm a retired teacher's assistant with 11 years of experience. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational games with children. I love to make crafts . I am comfortable caring for up to 3 children. I communicate with parents through verbal updates and follow their preferred communication methods. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules. My background includes Early Childhood Education (ECE) coursework. I have been trained in CPR . am willing to help with cooking and meal preparation, plus swimming supervision. I love supporting families, and I would love to bring my experience and passion for children into your home.
