About Kira

Hi! I've been babysitting since I was 12 and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens. I've also worked in two preschool classrooms, where I supported early childhood development, routines, and positive behavior. I'm CPR certified and create a safe, engaging environment where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident. I enjoy planning activities, helping with homework, and staying active with kids while maintaining family routines. I've built long-term relationships with families, including caring for children from infancy into their teen years, which has shaped me into a reliable and positive role model. I'm preparing to begin an AmeriCorps position working with foster youth and plan to pursue a Master of Public Health at Dartmouth focused on children's well-being.
