I have always loved animals. I grew up with mostly cats, but I fell in love with dogs when I got married. Animals make me happy, and keeping them safe gives me a more meaningful purpose than sitting at a desk ever could. In my spare time, I like to write. I'm working on a series of novels right now and will be publishing my first one soon. One thing you should know about me is that animals love me just as much as I love them. (My wife gets very annoyed when all the animals sit on me when we get home.) It's hard to choose skills when it comes to animals. I'm dependable, gentle, and consistent. Those tend to apply for everything, so they're not necessarily specific to pets, but I do feel like they're more important for pet care than pretty much any other skill. Animals are drawn to safe things, and the skills I listed are the ones that give them that safe space. When you're gone, they need that, and I will be happy to give it to them.
