About Kirsten

I'm a 22-year-old pre-nursing college student with availability until 2 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with additional availability every other week. I'm certified in First Aid and CPR for adults, children, and infants through the American Red Cross, and have my AHA Basic Life Support certification. I have two years of babysitting experience with one family, caring for an infant through age two, as well as two middle-school-aged children and two large dogs. My responsibilities included meal prep, nap and bedtime routines, school and activity transportation, homework help, housekeeping, and engaging the children in play and learning activities. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and have applied to the LSUE Nursing Program, with a long-term goal of becoming a Pediatric Neurology Nurse Practitioner (though I'm keeping an open mind). I love working with kids, am great with animals, do not smoke or drink, and have a reliable vehicle with room for car seats.
