About Kirsten

I'm a Colorado native and mother to an adult daughter. My background is in design, real estate and business. This last few years required me to focus on caregiving for both my elderly parents as well as my brother. My father has Alzheimer's, and my brother moved in with me 3 years ago and he needed constant care from chronic illness and he suffered a broken requiring months of post surgery care. They are now both in professional care. I've worked as a cook doing meal prep for both my own and others families, creating a weekly menu and creating delicious and healthy meals. My strengths are dependability, stamina, and problem solving. I have a strong organizational skillset and clearly communicate with my peers and clients. I'm easygoing, friendly and calm under pressure. I have administrative skills and can help manage and solve these types of issues as they arise. I enjoy the personal aspect of the caregiving role and seek to make real connection with those in need.
