I enjoy caring for seniors and those with illnesses because I understand the challenges of navigating medical care. I have professional and personal experience in medication schedules, online health portals, understanding and explaining medical terminology, managing appointments snd advocating for the best possible care. I enjoy helping people, anticipating needs and proactively managing health of the body and mind. I'm looking for a job that is fulfilling in which the care that I offer helps better the lives of individuals and families. I started caring for my mother who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2005, I was 25. I learned first hand how hard it can be to navigate illness and manage the healthcare system. I have worked with many people from middle age to seniors who have had varying degrees of illness. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my two children, my husband our two dogs. I enjoy reading, tending our vegetable garden, hiking and going to the beach.
