I am a Masters student at University of San Francisco with my degree in Marriage and Family Therapy! I have completed my child development coursework as part of my program and have periodically worked with children over the past 10 years. I have worked professionally with children ages 4-8 and teens as a ballet instructor. I have also worked with adolescents on the Autism spectrum as a one-to-one aide in a school setting. I spent a few years working with adults with developmental disabilties in remaining physically active and coordinated/devised activities for them to reconnect with their communities. Through these experiences, I have had experience caring for children's mental health, physical activity, and academic success. I am comfortable helping children with their homework, taking them to and from school/after school activities, and (of course) playing with them! I am also Basic Life Support certified!

She was an incredible support to my family while caring for my children (ages 4 to 8), consistently showing empathy, reliability, and professionalism. Her ability to be both nurturing and structured was something I deeply valued, it’s a rare balance and it made such a positive impact on our household. Kirsty was genuinely loving and incredibly attentive with my kids. She really understood their emotions and always spoke to them with such thoughtfulness and respect. She handled challenging moments calmly, gently redirecting them and resolving conflicts in ways that were appropriate for their age. She set clear boundaries while remaining empathetic which helped my children feel safe and truly understood. Her reliability and playful energy kept them engaged and they genuinely loved their time with her! Kirsty truly went above and beyond for our family. I honestly cannot recommend her highly enough.
