About Kirsten

Hello! My name is Kirsten. I'm 21 and incredibly passionate about many things including caring for children. I am currently in school at DCCC for my Early Childhood Education degree. My goal is to eventually be an elementary school teacher. I live at home with my mother, stepfather, my 2 brothers and an unbelievably energetic 5-year-old boy that I often watch for a day at a time. I am currently at a childcare center where I have almost 2 years of experience working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years. I have spent time learning to create engaging and educational activities through courses in school as well as from my mentors. I am a licensed and insured driver with a safe driving history which is useful for any transportation that may need to happen. I am comfortable in a kitchen and enjoy creating delicious but healthy meals. I love animals, I have a cat named Tinkerbell and a dog named Dodge.
