About Kirsten

I am a special education high school teacher and varsity soccer coach. Kirsten was one of my captains her senior year, and she was also one of my classroom tutors. Kirsten is compassionate, intuitive, and friendly. She is a diligent worker and although she can be assertive when necessary, she is willing to sacrifice for the common good. When asked to fulfill a task, Kirsten is reliable. In fact, she can creatively problem solve and often accomplish things more effectively and efficiently than perhaps I would have tackled the task myself. She has such a friendly, warm personality which made the high school students with disabilities trust her immediately. Often times, student-tutors struggle when helping students with special needs because it is so difficult to guide without just giving answers. Kirsten is a natural. Her sense of humor is quick, fun, and appropriate - which is necessary when tirelessly working in special education. She is trustworthy, a born leader, and a team player. Because she is a young lady of integrity, I would recommend her for any position.
