I provide verbal updates during visits and follow each family's preferred communication method. Earning your trust is my priority when building a connection with your loved one. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I have a car and am ready to help your family.
