I am CPR/First Aid certified and have a lot of experience from newborns to preteens as well as children with special needs. Your child's safety always comes first! I'm engaging & communicate well with both parents and children. I'm happy to help with milestones and love getting down to the children's level. I believe in fun, educational play. (Arts & crafts, toys, a good book and/or outdoor play). Parents recieve regular updates and pictures so that they can feel at ease. A little about me- I am a mother of a 9-year-old. Kristal has been a wonderful nanny for our family. She worked as our main nanny for 3 months, starting from when our baby was around 3 months old. She helped put us at ease in how she interacted with our baby, kept him engaged with creative play and supported his development from her first day. Kristal is very experienced and has a sweet, soothing presence, is patient and attentive. Above all, she is trustworthy which gave us a peace of mind as my wife transitioned back to work. On occasion, she also offers helpful tips or suggests products in a respectful non-pushy way. We highly recommend Kristal!

Kristal was on-time with picking my daughter up from school, taking her back to my house, and making her a dinner shell eat. My daughters usually a picky eater but she ate Kristals food right up. Kristal made sure my daughters homework and reading was done so I didn't need to worry about anything once I got home. She sent lots of picture updates, which put my anxious mommy mind at ease. Would definitely hire again and recommend Kristal!

From the moment we met Kristal in March, we knew she was a truly special person. As soon as she walked through our door, she immediately dropped to the floor to meet and connect with our daughter, something that spoke volumes about her natural warmth and instinct with children.

Kristal has a sweet personality and a calm, gentle presence that made both us and our daughter feel completely at ease. She constantly communicated openly with us, asking for permission before trying anything new and double-checking to ensure we were comfortable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares.

What sets Kristal apart is her presence and engagement. She didn’t just “watch” our daughter—she spent time with her. Whether it was crawling on the floor, playing games, or sharing laughs, Kristal was fully invested.

She has been with us since March, and during that time, she has become a significant part of our daughter’s daily life and our family routine. Although we had always planned to enroll our daughter in private school (which she’ll be starting soon), saying goodbye to Kristal is bittersweet.

Any family that welcomes her into their home will be fortunate. She’s not just a great nanny—she’s the kind of person who becomes part of the family.

Kristal has been with us since December 2022 when our youngest was 6months old, our kids absolutely adore her and is such a great person. 

It can be super stressful and scary as a parent to find great care for your children, when we found Kristal those fears were washed away. We now have her 2-3x a week and also recommended her to our family friend.

Kristal was very friendly and jumped right in with the kids.  We will definitely use her again.  She’s great with meal prep, and light housekeeping as well.  Very accommodating! 

I wasn’t going to write a review but I think I need to because the main reason why we hired Kristal was because she had over 20 raving reviews which I suspect may be not be real. Upon meeting Kristal she was very nice, she sounded very knowledgeable since she said she helped a family sleep train their baby, any sleep training experience is a plus to us because we started sleeping training at 4 months and our daughter is 1 now she she’s got a pretty set schedule and is a great sleeper. Kristal asked for a schedule and I typed it up as well as texted her a copy. It blows my mind that she couldn’t follow it on 3 separate occasions in which in a couple of her reviews other families said she followed directions to the tee. The first day she asked if she lets my baby nap pass 11am (the time she is supposed to wake up). First red flag because a certified sleep trainer will know to follow the schedule and know how long she should nap for. Second red flag, she woke the baby up 1 hour early the next day (any trained sleep trainer/specialist would know if the baby cries to wait a few minutes before going in because babies who are sleep trained soothe themselves.) Kristal did not wait and went in instantly. The same day she forgets to give my daughter her bottle and when asked she responded that she got water instead. Her excuse was that she was “distracted” by her waking early. DISTRACTED?! You have one job! I was very upset but my husband said she was learning so I told her going forward to please follow the schedule.

The next day she didn’t close my front door all the way and I found it cracked and unlocked. That is a safety concern. Anyone can walk right in and my dog can get out. I had to tell her to make sure the door is closed and locked behind her when she walks in, should be common sense. Then the straw that broke the camels back was she tried to feed the baby early this time. I just had enough after that, I was going to let her go but she actually did me a favor by saying she couldn’t come anymore and had to leave early because her husband got called into work. In my opinion Kristal didn’t seem very experienced. I also should’ve seen it as a red flag when she couldn’t provide a resume when asked. She was just not fit for us at the end of the day. 

She has been absolutely fantastic with my now 3 year old! She’s professional, flexible, and has brought my daughter a lot of joy. She also helped us when we had friends in town and she watched both of our kids. I definitely recommend her!
