Hi, I'm Kristen. I'm a Registered Nurse with experience in home health, long-term care, memory care and inpatient settings. Before I became an RN, I worked as a PCA while I was in nursing school, so I'm very comfortable with hands-on care and the routines that keep people safe and comfortable. I've always had a soft spot for seniors, and I bring a calm, steady approach into every home. Safety and dignity are non-negotiable for me, especially with memory care. I'm comfortable with medication administration, memory care support, transfers and Hoyer lifts. Families describe me as dependable, kind and easy to communicate with.
