About Kristen

Kristen took care of my grandmother for many years, all the way up until her passing. She took care of everything, from all personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication prep and dispensing, shots, driving and going in with her to all doctors' appointments so I knew exactly what was going on. And when there were any issues with the house like plumbing, etc, yard maintenance, whatever it was, Kristen took care of it all! She has sense, and knows how to deal with contractors, so I could be sure that the price was fair. She knows how to ask the right questions to fully understand the scope and details of any work done, and could relay that info to me very well. My trust in her was rewarded time and again. You name it, she can do it! My grandmother also had some issues with thinking there were bugs in her skin during her latter years, and Kristen's was able to keep her from picking at her skin without upsetting her. She was so kind with my grandmother as well when my grandmother started showing signs of dementia, and handled that so incredibly well!! Kristen is the BEST company also, so extremely smart and funny!! She was able to quite effectively assist my grandmother with her crossword puzzles - which my grandmother always did in ink, always did the hard ones. Kristen was very intuitive as to the best way to interact, so my grandmother considered her a family member. She told Kristen she loved her all the time! I still consider Kristen a part of our family, even after my grandmother's passing.
