Kristen is calm and sweet, a perfect combination for caring for energetic little ones. She's patient with my 17mo old and is creative with how they play together. I cannot say enough good things about her. Kristen is thoughtful and timely in her communication with me, easy to talk to. She follows my lead on specific needs/requests. I noticed she cleans up carefully, paying attention especially to the play area, kitchen, and my little one's bedroom. She sends photos to me throughout the day to capture extra little moments that I can't witness. Added Bonus, she's great with dogs!
