Hi! I am a dedicated caregiver with a unique blend of professional experience and personal insight. My hands-on work in the Developmental Pediatrics Department at the University of Rochester has given me a strong foundation in developmental disabilities, therapeutic strategies, and the importance of individualized care. My passion for caregiving is also deeply personal-I'm the proud mother of a daughter with a developmental disability. This dual perspective allows me to bring not only clinical knowledge to my work, but also empathy, advocacy, and lived experience. I specialize in supporting children and individuals with a wide range of needs, creating structured, nurturing environments where they can truly thrive.
