About Kristen

Nurturing children has always been a true passion of mine. For 20 years, I've dedicated myself to fostering the growth and development of children through my career as an elementary school teacher. I am also a mother of three so am comfortable with babies and understand their needs. My background as a certified teacher, combined with a college degree, allows me to engage children with educational games and puzzles that make learning fun. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I'm comfortable caring for more than one child at a time and very comfortable enforcing household rules. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method to keep you informed about your child's day. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping. Supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives is what I do best, and I look forward to bringing my experience and dedication to your family.
