Hi, my name is Kristina. I'm a reliable, energetic caregiver with 3-4 years of experience working with children. I love kids and naturally connect with them, which helps create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where they can thrive. I am currently a student at Montclair State and plan to pursue a career in child psychology. I find importance in being attentive to children's emotional and developmental needs. I'm patient, loving, and affectionate while also knowing when to create boundaries to ensure routines stay structured and organized. I enjoy fun sensory and fine motor engaging activities, helping with homework, and encouraging positive behavior, while learning how to work through difficult feelings and begin a foundation for low anxiety and emotional regulation.
