If you are lucky enough to find Kristina available, hire her immediately. I trust her with any of my children without hesitation. Both of my kids have been cared for by her, and the genuine care she brings is amazing. The only reason we no longer have her is because I returned to working in the office and the location became too far for us - otherwise she would still be with our family. My daughter was born two months early and spent time in the NICU. When she came home, she was so tiny and delicate, but Kristina handled her with complete ease. I really believe because of her care, my daughter has hit every milestone right on time and is thriving. Kristina provides updates throughout the day, which always gave me so much peace of mind while I was working. My baby loves her!
