I started my career as a professional nanny 25 years ago & can't imagine doing anything else as a job! I specialize in caring for children newborn to 4 years old, but I also have experience caring for older children & I have cared for 10 sets of twins to date.

I prefer a long-term position, but will consider a short-term position as well. My wages will need to go through a payroll company as I need a W-2.

One of the following weekly schedules would be ideal:
20 hours a week (2 ~ 10 hour days) 
Or
30 hours a week (3 ~ 10 hour days)
Or
40 hours a week (4 ~ 10 hour days or 5 ~ 8 hour days (6/7 a.m. to 2/3pm))
Or
45 to 50 hours a week

The position would need to have a set schedule week to week. I prefer full days over multiple half days and that the days be consecutive. 

I am available to start a new position now & the hours listed are flexible.

My rate is $22 to $25 an hour

Kristina has provided care for our kiddos for several years when we have to go out of town. She always provides such wonderful care & the kids love her. It's honestly such a relief to have someone as capable, trustworthy and helpful as her watching our children. Every time we return the kids are happy and the house is cleaner than we left it! 

We hired Kristina for a nanny for our daughter. Initially she was excellent while our daughter was an infant. However, as our daughter became more mobile, she was less engaged in play with our daughter as well as less reliable with the few household duties that were asked of her.

Kristina is an excellent nanny for babies and young children. She nannied for us and took care of our son from ages 5 months to 17 months. During that time frame she demonstrated patience and compassion with our baby through all the ups and downs of the big emotions of being a baby/almost toddler. 

Kristina is very experienced and practiced gentle parenting techniques including comforting our son when he cried, redirection when frustrated, and helped to teach him to communicate through basic sign language (more, eat, milk, please, thanks). She was also very thoughtful and hyper-organized in her approach to child care. She kept detailed written schedules for our son, packing lists, and to do/to buy lists for everything our baby needed. She organized all of his frequently used items like burp cloths, bottles, spoons, diapers, wipes, and clothes in easy to access spots around our home. At our request she also did our baby’s laundry and would go through his clothes monthly and put away any he’d outgrown. 

Kristina is also very creative. As our son grew older (after one year of age) she did art project activities with him by placing paint on his feet and making holiday-themed art out of his footprints. She also created flash cards out of pictures of our family members to help our son learn everyone’s names, which was especially great for those family members who live further away. 

Overall Kristina is an experienced baby nanny and would be a great addition to any family looking for a nanny for their baby!

Kristina was our nanny from August 2011 to December 2012.  When Kristina started our twins were only 9 weeks old.  I had to go back to work and was very nervous and worried to leave the twins, but Kristina put my worriers aside after the first couple weeks.  I know they where in good hands while I was away and it makes me feel very comfortable when the babies are smiling and happy to see Kristina when she walked in every morning.  Kristina always showed up on time allowing my husband and I to get out the door on time and she never called in sick.  She was very dependable and capable of caring for our twins.

Kristina has done a wonderful job caring for our family of 3 plus the dog! Taking care of twin babies and 2 year old is not an easy task and she has balanced it well. She did a great job getting the babies on a schedule, transitioned off bottles, and eating table foods. She is very dependable and has been flexible to accommodate our sometimes crazy schedules. Our kids really enjoy her, family moving here so they will be caring for our children instead otherwise we would definitely like her to continue caring for our children. 

We currently employ Kristina to care for our infant twins. Unfortunately we have had some life changes that require an out of state move, so we have to cut our time with her short. We are incredibly sad about this, as she has been a wonderful addition to our family. 
Kristina is very professional in her presentation of herself and her services, as well as how she conducts herself in her daily exchanges. And while she maintains that level of professionalism with the adults, she is very warm and loving to our children. 
She is very educated (and stays up to date) on safety standards, and is not afraid to speak up when she sees concerns. She is also very aware of child development and products that will help the children learn and grow. I love that she is so willing to search for products and share what is needed, and details about what works and why. She's also very helpful when it comes to knowing where discounts are, as well as knowing and/or learning about classes that are good for the children's development. She's also amazing with setting up crafts & activities for the kids.
Kristina brings a very comprehensive package to the table; she is a career Nanny and it is apparent in everything she does. Please consider Kristina for your family â   she is not just a babysitter or someone who is there to do the basic:s watch/change/feed she will give your children the love and attention they deserve.
