About Kristin

Hello. My name is Kris and I am excited to meet and support you and your loved ones. I bring a calm, compassionate presence, and a deep respect for those I care for. I've spent my entire career in healthcare, much of it coaching physicians on compassionate communication with patients. That work showed me how confusing and overwhelming the health system can be, especially for seniors, and inspired me to provide more hands-on, personal support. I hold a Masters degree in healthcare administration, and have years of experience supporting seniors in the Metro area as well as helping my own aging parents, who live in Rochester. These experiences have given me a personal understanding of the challenges and emotions that often come with aging. I truly enjoy working with seniors because I learn so much from them - their stories, wisdom, and resilience. I am honest, dependable, hard-working, and kind. My Christian faith guides me to serve others with patience, dignity, and respect.
