I texted Krystle ~30 minutes before she was scheduled to arrive for the first agreed upon cleaning time. She responded ~20 minutes later (at the time she was supposed to arrive) that she was sick and she could either come (sick) or have someone else fill in for her. Not only did I have to text her to confirm she was still coming, she no showed for the first cleaning time we agreed on. I understand things come up but expect the courtesy of advance notice if you are unable to make it. I need someone reliable and unfortunately that is not Krystle.
