About Kyaw

Most of my experience with kids has come from real, hands-on work - as a Childcare Director at the YMCA, an ABA Behavior Technician at Great Height, and through years of informal babysitting. I've worked with children of many ages and needs, and I truly enjoy getting to know each child's personality. I'm patient, caring, and dependable, and I try to create a space where kids feel safe, heard, and comfortable being themselves. I'm also confident with routines and boundaries and always follow the parents' expectations. I keep parents updated in the way they prefer and enjoy spending time with kids through outdoor play, games, puzzles, and creative activities. I have reliable transportation, am CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm comfortable with pets and multiple children. I love knowing I can make a positive difference for both kids and parents!
