About Kyla

Hi! My name is Kyla, and I recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. I've been tutoring students of all ages-from elementary school to college-since high school, and I love helping others feel more confident in math. My goal is to make math feel less intimidating and even a little fun! Whether you're stuck on a tricky problem or need help preparing for a test, I'm here to support you every step of the way. I'd describe my personality as calm, creative , and compassionate. I began tutoring in high school as a private math tutor and quickly discovered how much I enjoyed helping others learn. During college, I continued this passion by working as a peer tutor, supporting students from low-income backgrounds, minority communities, and those with disabilities.
