About Kyla

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is my passion. My previous roles in adult and senior care have been very positive. For two years, I've provided live-in care, transportation, and helped with errands and shopping. I also assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I handle confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes with patience. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when connecting with care recipients. I also have some college education, and I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
