Hello! My name is Kyle (I go by Ken), and I'm a licensed CNA with specialized experience in geriatric care and post-surgery recovery, as well as hospice and home health support. I take pride in providing compassionate, reliable care that helps clients maintain comfort, independence, and dignity at home. I'm skilled in assisting with daily living activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship. When supporting clients after surgery, I also create a daily recovery log to help track progress and provide clear updates for their doctors and family members. I completed my CNA training at the Nursing Academy in July 2025 and bring a patient, detail-oriented, and empathetic approach to every client I work with. Whether it's preparing a healthy meal, helping with errands, or simply offering a kind presence, I strive to make each day easier and more uplifting.
In the late evening before a surgery that required a responsible adult to transport me home afterwards, I was notified that my friend was no longer available and Kyle came to the rescue. I was extremely nervous about relaying on a stranger, especially as a female relying on a male, to care for me after a surgery that required anesthesia, but Kyle was no stranger and he treated me like a friend. The night before and the morning of the surgery he diligently answered all of my questions and accepted my request the day of the surgery! He arrived on time and was waiting in the waiting room of the surgery center. While I was still very groggy, his demeanor instantly put me at ease. Upon meeting he was kind, respectful and flexible. I was told last minute that I needed to get lab work immediately after the procedure and he was immediately accommodating and drove me to the lab and waited patiently while I got the lab work done, which took close to an hour, which was not accepted. He was gracious and supportive throughout. He was conscientious and safe driver and took care in making sure I was comfortable in his car after my medical procedure. I arrived home in a timely manner and I am incredibly grateful for his care especially given the last minute request. I would certainly hire him again and would recommend his care without any reservation.
