Hello my name is Kym and my rates start at $20. I am a retired (clinical tech II) that has worked with hip & knee replacement unit at the Inova Mount Vernon hospital on (4a). After completing my phlebotomy and EMT classes I worked for George Washington University hospital for 4 years. In my recent years I have been working as a fitness instructor and also taught silver sneakers. I am looking for part-time work whether it's simply for a day or several days a week. I can help build a plan that includes Mental awareness exercises as well as physical range of motion stimulation. Rates are $20-25hr Full resume & references can be provided upon request.

Kym has been an excellent companion for my Mom who has dementia. She arrives on time and ready to help my Mom. She goes for walks with her as well as other excercises. She also works on her dementia activity book with her. She makes sure that my Mom has her lunch to eat. She has been a great addition to helping my family care for my Mom.
